Trade conditions

1.Scope of application:

These trade conditions apply for all agreements regarding events arranged by operators:

Seaside Safari, Øhusevej 27, 6990 Ulfborg, CVR no. 38915185

& all events arranged by our associates sold through our websites www.jyllandsakvariet.dk and www.seasidesafari.dk.

2.Purchase of event tickets:

By purchasing event tickets the customer confirms to be 18 years of age or older.

2.1. The customer has an obligation to check the order confirmation sent by e-mail and text message and take action to contact the operator if the information in the confirmation is not correct.

2.2 If the customer has not received an order confirmation via either e-mail or text message within 24 hours from purchase, the customer should contact the operator.

2.3 The operator is not responsible for being unable to contact the customer in regards to cancellation, or postponement, if the customer has given wrong contact information during booking. The operator is however obligated to try and contact the customer through both e-mail and phone, if the customer has given both.

2.4 The agreement is only binding for both parties, when the operator has registered the payment. The customer can use the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB Cards, American Express, China Union Pay (CUP), Dankort, eDankort, Visa Electron and PayPal.

2.5 The payment is only withdrawn after the tour is completed. Depending on which payment method the customer uses, the customer may experience that the amount can be registered as reserved for the operator.

For purchases made, using PayPal as payment method, other rules apply. The supplier reserves the right to withdraw the money within 30 days from the purchase is made, because this is the period, that PayPal offer for withdrawals. The supplier also reserve the right to contact the customer after 30 days from the purchase to ask the customer to repeat the payment, if the amount has not been withdrawn before the deadline by PayPal.

2.6 The operator can demand payment by another method, if the customer chooses to cancel the card or account used in the purchase before the operator withdraws the payment.

2.7 The customer must bring a proof of purchase in the form of tickets or an order confirmation either in print or digitally on mail or phone.

3.Prices and fees:

The prices of the events are as listed on www.jyllandsakvariet.dk. The prices incl. any VAT or fees that may be required.

3.1 the customer is not charged any additional booking or payment fees by the operator.

3.2 If nothing else is listed, the price per ticket is listed as per person.

4.Cancellation:

If an event, which the customers has bought tickets for, is cancelled the payment will be refunded.

4.1 An event is only considered cancelled if it is not completed. Change of repertoire, date and the like is not considered as cancellation.

4.2 If a minimum of participants is required to complete the event, this will be written in the tour description. If the number of required participants is not reached, the operator has a right to cancel the event as a result and let the customer know.

4.3 Many of the operator’s events are dependent on conditions, which are out of the operator’s control, e.g. the weather, which is why the operator reserves the right to cancel events of this and safety considerations. The operator is only responsible to refund payment for the event tickets, but is not obligated to cover any other expenses the customer may have had, e.g. accommodation. The operator cannot be made responsible to cover a cost larger than the price of the event ticket.

4.4 Events are not included in the ’right of cancellation’ in regards to Danish law ”Lov om visse forbrugeraftaler §18 stk. 2 nr. 12”.

Despite this the operator offers its customers free cancellation of event tickets. The conditions of cancellation are unique to the different types of events and can be found in the tour description of each tour.

If nothing is written in the description, the customer can cancel the ticket until 72 hours (3 days) before the event takes place.

5.The customers general obligations:

The customer must comply with regulations and behave in such a way, that other customers, staff, or others are not bothered by. In severe cases of disruptive behaviour, the operator can ban the customer without having to refund the ticket. In such cases the customer cannot make claims against the operator.

6.Complaint and liability:

Any form of complaint must be made to the operator directly. This is in regards to events, loses, injuries and other liabilities.

6.1 In regards to Danish law the customer must make the complaint ”within reasonable time” after the customer has noticed the issue. In practise this means that the customer must make the complaint immediately after the event.

7.The operator makes reservations in regards to wrong information about prices and sold out events.

8.Danish law governs conditions and any disputes that may occur.
