Departure P-plads, Strandningsmuseum, Thorsminde
Join a tour of the town and harbour in a small, authentic "perle" on the West Coast of Denmark
Thorsminde is a charming, small fishing village on the West Coast. The "authentic" is always just on the tip of the tongue, when walking around in Thorsminde, where 15-20 cutters still actively fish from. They are located on the westside of the impressive lock, that is one of the characteristics of Thorsminde.
On the eastside is where the little boats, that the fjord fishermen use, are. It is also on this side that you often see the skye full of kite surfers. The kite surfers surf from the camping site - in the centre of the town.
The rough Northern Sea has impacted life in Thorsminde greatly. Join a tour through the town and listen to the stories from the harbour, fishery, nature, and much more in Thorsminde.
