The Limfjord and North Sea – which we are located in between – is filled with the most delicious and tasty seafood. Join an incredible gourmet experience, when we invites you on a seafood safari in the western Limfjord.

You are invited info the fjord to empty creels and pots with us. The feeling of harvesting from the ”pantry” of the Limfjord and see, what we have caught, is always thrilling.

The catch often consists of delicious crabs and fish from the fjord. When the catch is secured, we will return to the beach to prepare a delicious seafood menu from the catch and fresh delicacies from the day’s fish auction in Thyborøn together.

The gourmet experience may also include local spices, gathered herbs and locale produce. The menu is dependent on the season, making it the absolute most natural experience you can have here.

This gastronomic gourmet experience contains:

• 3-4 hours of seafood safari with nature guide
• Emptying crabs creels and lobster pots
• Seafood menu of the catch, seasonal herbs, and fresh fish and shell fish from the day’s fish auction
• A glass of bubbles or wine
